We provide in-depth education for our Online Ordering System.
The Online System Training aims to familiarise participants with our ordering website, creprot.com. Participants will learn how to navigate the system, place orders, set up allocations, and utilise all available functions effectively.
Training Process: The training can be conducted through two methods:
1. Controlled Screen Walkthrough: Participants will gain vital knowledge by watching their Online Ordering Account access the system and features they learn while being controlled by a Valui Educator.
2. Test Account System Walkthrough: Participants will be guided through the system using a test account, covering all functionalities on creprot.com.
Training Objectives: By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
A. Navigate the system interface with ease.
B. Place orders efficiently.
C. Set up and manage allocations effectively.
D. Utilise all features on creprot.com.
Duration: The training duration will vary based on what features are accessed and participants' familiarity with the system, but on average takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
